What I know to be true…
I’ve built, scaled, and successfully exited a multiple six-figure business—and for the most part, I loved it.
But what hustle culture doesn’t allow for is the regenerative power of the feminine. Cyclical rhythms. The radical notion of pause.
Instead, we’re handed systems that prioritize productivity over possibility, measurement over meaning, replication over imagination. You can probably guess where that journey brought me (a story for another day, perhaps)—but it was the reminder I needed to rethink my systems of value.
The question is no longer: Can we build it? It’s: Should we? For whom? At what cost?
I believe in a future where being human together is a design principle—not just wishful thinking. Where ritual, rest, and radicalism are embraced as strategic assets. I’m under no illusion: the shift from extractive systems to regenerative ones will be a bit of a sh*t show. It will ask for grief, humility, integrity, and new languages of collaboration.
It will require change-makers who can navigate paradox. Work across disciplines. Sit in the tension of the unknown.

What is the programme structure?
This is an experiential group mastermind, blended with structured teachings and practices.
- Each module framework has an Objective, Key Focus & Outcome. A detailed description on each thematic module will be sent in the welcome pack.
- We have allocated plenty of time for integration throughout the 6 months.
- If you cannot make the live, a recording will be available to view within 24hrs.
- The Modern Muse Method™ can be delivered as a 1:1 offering if the group dynamic isn't a fit for you.

1. Eligibility & Commitment
- This Mastermind is designed for solo female entrepreneurs who are committed to personal and professional growth.
- Participants are expected to engage fully, attend scheduled sessions, and contribute to the collective experience. If you cannot make the live, a recording will be available to view within 24hrs.
- Upon completion, participants are required to complete a short feedback form.
2. Payment & Fees
- The total investment for the Mastermind is €3,000, payable in full or via a 6 or 9 month payment plan.
- Payment plans must be honoured in full, regardless of the level of participation and a full payment schedule will be sent in the welcome pack.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of this immersive experience and the content being delivered, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will of course review each case at our discretion.
4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- All content, frameworks, exercises, and discussions within the mastermind are proprietary and may not be shared, replicated, or redistributed without permission.
- Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow members and not disclose personal or business-sensitive information shared within the mastermind.
5. Code of Conduct
- We foster a supportive, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these terms, without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- The mastermind is designed for educational and informational purposes. We use a proven results-oriented framework, but we do not guarantee specific business results or financial outcomes.
- Participants assume all risks associated with implementing insights from the mastermind.
7. Programme Adjustments
- We reserve the right to modify session dates, content, or guest speakers to best serve the collective experience.

Meet Fiona
I’m a naturally curious and deeply creative cancerian, constantly drawn to the stories of land & lore, and inspired by the extraordinary lineage of women who came before me.
As a 4/6 Generator in Human Design, I move between roles of connector and observer, endlessly fascinated by human behaviour, the way we respond to life’s experiences, and what drives us at our core. I guess it’s this energetic quest of the soul that allows me to show up with deep curiosity and authenticity to support my clients in uncovering their own purpose and creative essence.
Aside from 20yrs in entrepreneurship, I’ve been immersed in the field of self development, spirituality & analytical psychology, currently finishing a 3yr training in BodyDreaming®. A somatically focused interdisciplinary method exploring the interconnectedness of body, mind and psyche as a tool for restoring balance and healing trauma. Powerful stuff!
In 2020, I graduated from UCD Innovation Academy with a Professional Diploma in Creativity, Innovation & Leadership and It was here that I fell in love with the human-centric approach of Design Thinking. It focuses on solutions rather than problems and is rooted in empathy, creativity and forward momentum. Definitely my kind of vibe for sure!
I’ve also completed Yoga Alliance 200hr Yoga, Tantra & Ayurveda Teacher Training and hold Diplomas in Jungian Therapy and Life Purpose Coaching
What I know to be true..
The women who feel called to work with me are highly intuitive, impact-driven leaders with a creative pulse that runs deep in their being. They are modern-day visionaries and disruptors, bubbling with ideas that have the power to reshape the world. Yet, their greatest challenge isn’t a lack of expertise; it’s finding the right framework and channel for authentic expression to bring their ideas to life.
My coaching style is underpinned by a unique methodology that uses story, symbolism & metaphor as a framework for sparking creativity, innovation & embodied leadership.
