Hi there! I’m Fiona. A Business Coach, Consultant and Creator. A wildly creative woman, deeply inspired by the richness of her Irish roots. As an award winning CEO having successfully navigated the complexities of business, I now guide other conscious leaders through their own personal and professional evolution.
Today, I help visionary leaders remember. To step into their power and redefine what success means to them from a regulated embodied centre.
The practice of embodiment isn’t new. In fact it’s ancient. Women are remembering who they are, not relearning. The old walls are beginning to crumble as women across the globe become increasingly aware of what is possible and the desire for “more” is getting stronger. More nourishment, more expansion, more wealth, more power, more balance. We have an opportunity to cultivate a new paradigm of leadership where there are no glass ceilings for women, but an embodied belief-system built on clarity, confidence and conviction.
