I’ve always been a worker bee at heart—hands-on, action-oriented, and drawn to the hum of meaningful work. When I left school, I stepped straight into the workforce. Academia didn’t call to me at the time, though I did train in the modality I was working within. Still, I often felt confined in those early roles, yearning for something more expansive, more embodied.Since then, I’ve chosen experience over theory—intuition, creativity, and lived lessons were my real education. That said, in 2020 I found an academic programme that finally felt aligned. I graduated from UCD Innovation Academy with a Postgraduate Certificate in Creativity, Innovation & Leadership. A course that felt like it was designed for my way of thinking and being.

In 2019, as I began transitioning out of my second business, just before the world turned inward with the pandemic, I experienced a series of soul-stirring reckonings. These dark nights became the catalyst for a deeper reconnection with myself, my body, and my purpose. That journey led me to the Earthwise School of Embodied Feminine Wisdom, where I completed a Yoga Alliance 200hr Teacher Training in Yoga, Tantra & Ayurveda.
