My Story

A place where the land hums ancient songs beneath your feet, where every stone, every river, every crooked tree carries a story older than memory.

I was born into this verdant tapestry. A place where lineage runs deep as roots, and lore hangs thick as mist over mossy fields.

Here, creativity is not something you do; it’s something you breathe. It rises from the peat-rich earth, dances on elemental air, and settles into the bones like a quiet, insistent knowing.

My writing, my work, my way of seeing the world all are nourished by this sacred inheritance.

The whispers of grandmothers, the poetry tucked into hedgerows, the wild and winsome pulse of the seasons. These shape every idea, every offering, every dream.

Ireland teaches me to listen beyond words. To honour the slow, spiral pathways of becoming. To weave tradition and imagination into something both timeless and tenderly new.

My lineage comes from the foothills of Sliabh na mBan (shleev-nah-mon), Co. Tipperary, in the heart of Ireland. A land steeped in history and Celtic mythology, its name translates to Mountain of the Women. It feels as though my purpose, in part, has been written in the land all along!

Loss, pulled me deep into my ancestral roots. I felt an undeniable calling back to the land, and unearthing stories and secrets of the great women who walked before me. We all come from a long line of wise women. The storytellers, the healers, the crafters of the wild. And when we are able to attune to our own natural rhythm, we don’t just hear their wisdom—we remember it. It lives in our blood, our bones, our very being.

I am deeply passionate about women’s radiant health & well-being, our capacity for pleasure, our innate ability to process pain and our resonance with the land. Even as a child, I was attuned to what I now understand as shamanism, mysticism, feminine energy, body wisdom, intuition, and our connection to Mother Nature. Somewhere along the way, that knowing was lost. Today, I am reclaiming it, my voice, my wisdom, and my place in the land alongside some of the most inspiring women in the world. It’s time to lift the lid, rewrite the narrative, and forge a new path for ourselves, for our communities, and for the trailblazers of tomorrow.
